The technical approach described by Japan Toyomoto treats the tyre as one system, from construction and compounds to the manufacturing process and final inspection.

  1. Materials

    Rubber compounds and new materials are evaluated for the operating duty of each product group.

    The carcass, belts, bead and tread geometry are considered within one structural design approach.

  3. Manufacturing Process

    Mixing, forming, curing and vulcanisation stages are managed within a disciplined process.
