Important release note This convenience translation concerns website operations in Türkiye and the Turkish text controls. 1. Website Scope

The website provides general information on TIREBOT PCR, TBR and OTR tyre groups, applications and technical topics. The Türkiye pages are not an online shop, order system, warranty registration or payment service.

The operator’s registered identity and legal relationship with TIREBOT are still being verified. The Türkiye contact centre must not be interpreted as an undocumented claim of distributorship, exclusivity or brand representation.

2. Product and Technical Information

A model appearing online does not establish stock in Türkiye, a delivery date or suitability for a particular vehicle and duty. Availability, size, load/speed index, rim compatibility and conditions require separate confirmation.

Selection must consider vehicle instructions, axle load, speed, surface, duty cycle, temperature and applicable rules. Website material does not replace the vehicle manual, the tyre data book or a site-specific engineering assessment.

3. Enquiries and Commercial Requests

A contact-form submission, telephone call, email or WhatsApp message does not by itself create order acceptance, a price commitment, stock reservation, delivery date, warranty or sales contract.

A transaction is formed only through a separate process in which authorised parties expressly agree the product, quantity, price, tax, payment, delivery, warranty and other terms. Do not send unsolicited special-category personal data, identity documents or trade secrets.

4. Permitted Use

The website may be viewed and linked for lawful personal or business evaluation. A user must not compromise security, send malicious code, bypass access controls, disrupt service or submit an enquiry under a misleading identity.
